The Resolven Miners welfare welcomes opens its doors to the ladies of the community to come and socialise bi-weekly. This group was initially organised by CISWO to ensure that the wife’s of miners in the community had a place to socialise. Over the years, with the demise of the number of active and past miners in the community, the group is now open to anyone who would like to come along.
