The Resolven Miners Welfare is open every Wednesday morning during school term time for residents to come and socialise with a nice cup of tea or coffee. The charity aims to extend whats on offer at the premises such as cream cakes, fresh biscuits and other snack items.
The building is open between 9am and 11am, Wednesday mornings. Past coffee mornings have been used to help organise other community projects like stalls attending the Resolven Carnival and Christmas Fayre. They have also played a part in delivering the news regarding the restoration project for the Resolven Miners Welfare
