There are a number of external jobs that need attentions. These jobs have been seperated into different categories to highlight the amounts needed for each section.
The lintels above all the windows in the building need either replacing or repair work. Some of the window cills need either replacing or repair. Cavity ties in three sections of the building need to be renewed.
